职责描述:
1. Employees’ monthly payroll data preparation on time;
2. Payroll reports generation and confirmation;
3. Employees shift information maintenance;
4. All documents filing and retention by record retention policies.
5. Employee termination conduction, including termination pay, termination documents, record maintenance and update in system according to related policies;
6. Be sensitive on process management and keep continuous improvement;
7. Monthly regular reports preparation as required;
8. Turnover record maintenance;
9. Reports as needed for projects;
10. Other related assignments fulfillment
1.按时准备员工工资资料,完成工资数据核算;
2.员工离职办理,包括离职结算、离职交接和记录维护等,并及时更新系统数据;
3.按公司政策要求归档并保存所有工资资料;
4.按要求提交月度报表及项目相关报表;
5. 上司安排的其它工作等。
任职要求:
1.Bachelor’s Degree, statistics or finance major should be preferred;
2. 1~2 years’ working experience.
3. Good communication skills;
4. Good command of English and professional skills;
5. Work effectively and strong sense of time management.
1. 本科及以上学历,数据统计或财务专业优先;
2. 1-2年相关工作经验;
3. 良好的沟通能力;
4. 良好的英语书写及口语能力;
5. 高效工作,有较强的时间观念。
