Pre-sales technical support
Take charge of technical requirements evaluation and propose deliverable products and solutions;
Take charge of product demo on field or through remote conference video call;
Provide product team with practicable suggestions based on industrial development and requirement;
Be able to produce attractive technical materials independently in the form of ppt, article and video;
Assist sales team to develop potential businesses.
Post-sales technical support
Assist delivery of commercial orders with technical guidance;
Provide timely post-sales technical support;
Be able to review the daily work and optimize the work process accordingly which is sharable within the whole team to improve the overall efficiency;
Qualifications
Must
Strong sense of responsibility and tough grittiness to achieve the goals;
Be curious in exploring the outside world and be interested in working with the foreigners;
Good English listening, writing, reading and speaking capability;
CET-4 certificate;
Be able to travel abroad shortly (when the pandemic threaten is more controllable);
Major in telecommunications or working experience in mobile network optimization;
Good communication capability;
Be familiar with Office tool (word, excel, ppt)
Want
CET-6 certificate or higher;
Be familiar with basic mobile communications technology such as LTE and 5G;
Overseas or overseas company working/studying/internship experience;
Good at PPT writing;
Good at video taking and editing;
Know well of Linux including system installation, file system configuration, user/role configuration and so on;
Know well of the basic SQL select statement;
Good aesthetic taste.
