仪表技术员

岗位概述：

Responsible for the repair, preventive maintenance and improvement of instruments，DCS,PLC control system hardware maintenance.

负责工厂仪表, DCS、PLC控制系统硬件的维修、预防性维护和改进。

岗位职责：

(1) Regularly check, test, calibrate and maintain instruments and meters to ensure that they are in good working condition.

定期检查检测、校定、维护仪器仪表，确保保持良好的工作状态

(2) Quick response and deal with instrument, PLC, DCS failure, keep good communication with colleagues

快速响应及处理仪器仪表、PLC、DCS故障，与同事保持良好沟通。

(3) Instrument, valve, control system construction and installation specification inspection, instrument valve circuit test, familiar with Siemens PLC to find program problems

(4) 仪表、阀门、控制系统的施工安装规范检查，仪表阀门回路测试，掌握西门子PLC，查找程序相关问题。

(5) Strictly implement 5S requirements, place tools and parts during Ｏn-site maintenance according to 5S requirements, and clean up the site after maintenance; When Ｏn duty, check and arrange the related items in the maintenance workshop as required, check the related tools and find out and report the missing in time.

严格执行5S要求，现场维修过程工具、零部件按5S要求摆放好，维修后清理清洁现场；在值日时按要求检查整理摆好维修车间的相关物品，检查相关工具如有缺失及时追找和上报。

(6) Familiar with the safety procedures of the factory and SOP for maintenance of all instruments, and install, judge fault，adjust and repair equipment according to relevant instructions and drawings; Be able to skillfully use various maintenance tools.

熟悉工厂安全程序和所有仪表检修的SOP，并根据有关说明书、图纸等进行安装、故障判断、调整和维修设备；能熟练使用各种维修工具。

(7) Cooperate with the engineer and warehouse keeper in the statistics of spare parts, arrival acceptance and other work, and ensure that the factory operation will not be affected by spare parts in responsible area. Cooperate with the engineer to verify and plan the model and specification of equipment spare parts.

配合工程师和仓库管理员对备品备件的统计,到货验收等工作,并确保自己负责的区域内不会因备件影响工厂运行，协同工程师对所负责的设备备件型号规格等信息进行核实和计划。

(8) Propose feasible improvement work (including performance and stability improvement, etc.) according to equipment operation status.

根据设备运行的状况提出可行性的改进工作(包括性能,稳定性提高等)。

(9) Supervise the operation of external construction units, educate and supervise them to perform their operation tasks safely, healthily and environmentally; Ensure that they can work in strict accordance with Cabot's safety requirements (such as JSA, work permit, safety procedures, etc.).监管好外来施工单位的作业，教育和监督他们安全健康环保地执行作业任务；确保他们能够严格按照卡博特的安全要求 (如JSA，工作许可证, 安全程序等)进行工作。

(10) Strictly abide by the company's SH & E policies and relevant procedures, and continuously improve their safety awareness and risk identification ability; Strictly follow relevant ISO standards to ensure that all work can meet the requirements of all systems.

严格遵守公司各项SH&E方针和相关程序规定，持续提高自己的安全意识和风险辨识能力；严格按照ISO相关标准，确保各项工作能达到各体系的要求。

(11) Report the work in time and make continuous improvement.

及时汇报所负责工作，持续改进。

(12) Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders.

完成上级领导交办的其他工作。

任职要求：

(1) Familiar with the working principle of various chemical instruments, and can be in charge of the maintenance of instruments and equipment independently. 

熟悉各类化工仪表的工作原理，能够独立负责仪表设备维护工作.

(2) Familiar with DCS PLC control system and its operation principle, and be able to deal with conventional DCS hardware faults independently

熟悉DCS PLC控制系统及其运行原理, 能独理常规DCS硬件故障。

(3) Have electrician certificate.

有电工证。

(4) Good teamwork skills

良好的团队协作能力。

(5) Technical secondary school or above, major in automation instrument or related   

中专或以上学历，自动化仪表等相关专业

(6) More than 5 years of instrument maintenance experience, with chemical industry background.

5年以上仪表维护工作经验，具有化工行业背景
